Dreams TEMPUR Bedding Bundle - Terms and Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw but it is subject to strict entry requirements and you should therefore carefully read the Terms below. By submitting your details and entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
How to enter
The draw will consist of a prize giveaway across Dreams Beds Instagram and Facebook page, launching on 26/12/2025
To obtain entry into the prize draw, participants must complete the entry requirements outlined in the relevant prize draw post. This may include liking our post, commenting on/replying to our post and/or tagging a friend(s), and/or following the official Dreams account on the platform of entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
Prize
One winner will be chosen at random to receive 1 x TEMPUR Bedding Bundle. The bundle includes:
- Home by TEMPUR Luxe Fibre Cooling Duvet
- Tempur Cooling Tencel Mattress Protector
- Tempur Cloud Air SmartCool Pillow
Available in small double, double, king and supersize. The winner will be contacted and asked to select their size from one of the available sizes.
Prize is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Colours and designs may vary from those shown in promotional imagery. The winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, which are not listed as part of the prize package detailed above.
Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Hometime Group Ltd, 6 – 16 Duncrue Crescent, Belfast, BT3 9BW.
Acceptance
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these conditions. All instructions issued by the Promoter in relation to the Promotion form part of these conditions.
Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information or entry criteria, shall be deemed invalid entries.
Entries received after the closing date/time will not be included.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all residents on the island of Ireland except anyone immediately connected to the provision of the Promotion in a professional capacity.
You are eligible to receive a prize in the Promotion if you are 18 or over and a resident in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Employees of Dreams and related companies are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited.
General
The prize stated in the ‘terms and conditions’ are non-transferrable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winners will be randomly selected by Hometime Group Ltd, 6 – 16 Duncrue Crescent, Belfast, BT3 9BW from all valid entries made during the Promotional Period within 7 days after the end of the Promotional Period, and the winners will be informed via the social platform on which they have entered the prize draw.
The Promoter shall make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners through these channels, but if a winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) working days of the end of the Promotion, an alternative winner shall be selected.
Winning claim is subject to a full verification process, and a prize may not be claimed without valid confirmation by the Promoter that you are the winner of that prize. The decision of the Promoter as to who has won a prize is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
Prize redemption
The winner will be asked to select their bundle size from the available sizes. The bundle will be then be made available for collection from their nearest Dreams store and must be collected within 3 months.
