Affiliates

In these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings:

"We", "Us" or "Our" means Hometime Retail Limited (trading as Dreams)

General Programme Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the programme who breaks any of the programme terms and conditions, or who uses unethical or suspicious behaviour.

Please note that we are unable to pay commissions on any VAT, delivery charges, recycling, assembly, bedcover, card payment fees, taxes or any additional charges.Paid Search/Shopping:No PPC activity is allowed including brand or generic terms whether this is in ad text, copy or display URLs.

Affiliates are requested not to bid on brand name terms, branding or any derivation of misspelling including but not isolated to: Dreams Dreams Beds Dreams Mattresses Dreamz Dreams.co.uk

Affiliates found bidding on restricted terms may have pending transactions cancelled and face immediate suspension from the programme.

Affiliates are not allowed to bid on terms that contain links to our direct competitors’ brands.

Affiliates are requested not to bid on Hyde & Sleep, Insignia, Doze, TheraPur or The Dreams Workshop brand terms or ANY derivation or misspelling.

Coupons/Vouchers:

Any affiliate showing a promotional code that they have not been approved for will therefore upset their customer and likely lose the sale, so please contact us with any code approval request.

Any orders placed using promotional codes will be checked with the affiliate to ensure these codes are only used by approved users within the organisation associated. Email Marketing, Social & Publicity Creative:If you intend to promote our brands via email or social, the communication must not imply it is directly from Dreams and must be obvious it is from the Affiliate and/or sponsored.

We must be sent a copy of the e-mail/post for prior approval. Affiliates are not permitted to advertise their own websites by posting on any of our official social walls or pages. You must abide by all current privacy and security laws in force.Display:Affiliates are not permitted to promote our brands via display advertising.Toolbars and Browser Plug-ins:There is no permission to promote our brands through any toolbar or plug-in without prior approval.

Marketplaces:

We do not allow affiliates to place products, links, banners or stores selling our products on eBay, Amazon or any other marketplace.

Link hijacking:

This is strictly forbidden.

Enrolment:

We reserve the right to reject any application if we feel your site is not suitable for our programme, however we encourage you to contact us to explain your marketing intentions if you feel we have come to an incorrect conclusion.

Affiliates must not release any sensitive or confidential information ahead of it being live on our websites or has been approved to do so by our Affiliate team. Any breaches of confidentiality will result in immediate suspension.

Brand Guidelines:

Any use of our logos must be signed off prior to use by us. Attempts to imitate or replicate our own website are not acceptable and will not be approved. The customer must understand that they are on a third-party website not belonging to Hometime Retail Limited and the associated brands.

Affiliates may not alter any of the banners made available through the programme and should not hardcode banners into their own website, so that updates made to those available through the network may take immediate effect.Region:The region covered in this programme is Republic of Ireland only.

If any affiliate is found breaking any of the programme terms and conditions they will face suspension from the programme.
